Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority however, the event where a poor quality hair different from what is advertised is delivered, an Exchange or Refund can be done if the hair is returned within a period of 12 days (Internationals) and 6 days (within Nigeria) after was received.

The hair should be returned in the same condition it was sent.

We would not be able to accept the product after you have cut the lace of the wig or unraveled the bundles as the case may be.

Refunds are processed 3-5 business days after the product has been received and quality confirmed to be intact.

Exchanges are processed within 12 -16 working days... For personal use orders and 4-6 weeks for wholesale orders

Wigs are made according to the measurements you choose. Peradventure, the wig doesn't fit after being delivered. We cannot issue an exchange or refund. You can request for a reconstruction at an extra cost. When we have issued an order exchange, we cannot oblige a refund if requested again.

Delivery

Delivery can take up to 12-16 working days after payment dependent on order influx.

Delivery is not free unless stated otherwise. All shipping and tax costs will be at the customer's expense.

We do not offer payment on delivery.

In the event of late delivery due to unforeseen occurrence, you will be contacted.
